Cut my gas line & has not refunded me

I'd Comcast deploy quick web which necessary to include wire on March 22. They caught Tri-State Undercover to hide my wire. I'd named & informed Comcast to contact first, and so I might be there to exhibit them in which a short fuel point was at before searching in my own yard. No body named, consequently Tri-State Subway delivered anyone to hide my wire point, reduce my fuel line along the way, included it-up and quit. I am unsure once they made it happen, because of it being dim when I proceed t house at night. Used to donot understand till I went the rear door and also the gasoline odor was so powerful. Comcast informed me to obtain it mounted and deliver them the statement, they might reimburse me. Well, they stated had caught Tri-State Undercover to hide my wire. I delivered comcast the bill, who supposely delivered it to Tri-State, whom I then found out later never received my bill. I subsequently delivered my statement to Tri-State & they've yet to reimburse me and certainly will not react to my emails. I switched in a towards the BBB plus they haven't noticed from their website both. It has been happening since March.
