Deceptive billing practices Renton virginia

I joined on a temporary promotion for one year and gave my card info to pay for a year only. At the end of the year they billed me for another year with out a courtesy email giving me a chance to cancel. I called the company the next day and they would not refund my money... Very deceptive! If the service is so good why do they have to trap customers?
