I was looking at the special deals on the internet and purchased a deal, which I did receive however that company shared my information with buyer's reward and signed me up for their 30-day free membership. When I received the booklet I immediately called to cancel the service. They assured it was canceled. Then a month later I found the $89.95 dollar charge on my account. I called and they apologized for the inconvenience that it would be credited to my account in the next billing cycle. I asked how long the billing cycle was and they said 30 days. So I asked them when the last billing cycle was and they told me the day it was taken out before. So I waited the 30 days and no credit. So I called again and they told me, no it's 30 days from when you cancel it. I tried explaining that they took the fee without authorization and cause my account to overdraw, and that I must have the credit immediately. I was instructed that it would be credited in the 30 days. So it is now the 30th day, no credit and I called again, and spoke with Joseph. He said that it should be any day now. I asked for the exact day and he said he couldn't commit to it because all billing is done by a Third party biller. He suggested that I contact the Corporate Office at 1-888-813-2404 ext. 2242. Guess what that 888 number is permanently busy. I did a search on the internet about this company and found multiple reports of fraud. I am getting very angry. I will call the company again and try to find out every bit of information about them that I can.
