No way to contact company, does not provide services it offers, SCAM

My wife and I signed up for this service with the promise of being able to view ALL of the NFL games on any given day. Not only do they not offer all of the games, but there is no way to contact the company besides email; which they do not respond to - ever. This is a complete scam and I hope no one buys into this crappy website. They also promise "live chat" but that is not available whatsoever. I am so p*ssed about this experience.
