Rip-off Fraudulent Billing

I received a letter from Alyon Technologies yesterday saying Delinquency Notice and Account Past Due. It said I owed $20.96. I have never heard of this company before, I wasn't even aware of any services or goods I had purchased from them.

I tried to call the company to find out what the deal was and they only have a recording and you can't speak to anyone. Some people may think $20 is not alot but I am not paying for fraudulent billing.

So... I searched for the company online and sure enough I found hundreds of complaints about this company and all of it's fraudulent activity.

I am writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and I refuse to pay the bill.
