I ordered a e-bay instruction disc and recieved five not requested. Cost $179.00, was supposed to be free

I ordered the "free" e-bay instruction computer disc, I did not recieved the e-bay disc but so far I have recieved five discs not requested at a cost of $179.00. Such scam artist should not be allowed to continue cheat people both on computer ads or TV Info-murtials. I have tried to call the
customer support number given with no results. I don't feel the number is to help people, but to continue the scam.
