Using BOT to level your character China

Ordered to Brogame (a well known gold farming company) to powerlevel a Death knight on WoW for my son (12 years old) as i level one for me on the same server on a different account.

After noticed the character was leveling at very slow pace, i log on to my main account to figure out. At first glance, i noticed that guy who was playing doesn't seemed to knew the game and how to play it. He was just hitting the same skill over and over, never using any of the character abilities. Then after a while looking at the character it became obvious that Brogame was using a bot. I sent them 4 email and try to contact them with their live chat service but no one answered.

That's why i just want to add one more voice about Brogame and the way they do their job.
