Charging my debit card for $38.72

I received a phone in the scam department of my lender warning me to some cost on my bank card that did not seem sensible for $38.72 from Safedebits.com. I can't locate them on the web and tried calling them on the 800 # that visited a unrelated organization. I'm completing a affidavit wishing that I will get my cash back. Please recommend me in regards to what I will do to avoid this from occurring again,
