ALYON TECHNOLIGIES ripoff FRAUDULENT BILLING consumer rip-off fraud

RECEIVED a bill from Alyon techologies for a 4 minute connection Bill stated time of connection 5:35 P.M., no-one home.

My wife and I were not home, son @ tutoring until 5:30 P.M. Approximately 5miles from home and we pick him up. Statement billed under my name, phone is not in my name.

Called customer service and got a recording. Knew this was a (censored) @ this time. Just received 2nd notice, which I will turn over to my attorney.
