AtomPark Software Atom Park offers a variety of softwares, not of which function with any regularity

Purchased the email marketing suite from Atom Park. The software was over $300.00. The software simply does not work, there is no customer service, and they refuse to refund your money.

Customer service by phone is virtually non existent except to tell you that they are experiencing technical difficulties and to try again some other day. Additionally, they are very rude.

Their website clearly states a 30 day money back guarantee. It also asks you to fill out a refund my money ticket & which the link does not work, thus you are unable to fill out the request.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they take your money. I am filing grievances with Paypal, my credit card company, Plimus, here as well as the Internet governing agency regarding fraud and deceptive practices.

I am demanding our money back.
