Is a scam! Online

When I went to order my free photo album per Oprah.com, I had to pay for shipping (which I knew). I uploaded my photos, set the album cover, and paid. I went to my account to find that snapfish.com had charged me 5 times!

I then emailed the company as a phone number was not available on the website. I told them I did not want anymore charges on my account I wanted all charges to be reversed as I did not wish to do buisness with them anymore.

I recieved an email back stating that I would recieve directions on how to order my album and that if that was not satisfying to email them in a week. I checked with my bank and they gave me the phone number to reach snapfish.com.

I called this number 6 times and each time I got a recording that my call would not work at that time. I called a few hours later and got a hold of someone after a 20 minute wait and I was told that I could not be helped. That they wanted to see my bank account records, that they didn't show that I had been charged more than once and that I couldn't talk to the people who were in the "money department".

They also hung up on me and did not give me ANY resolution.
