Solicited me for onlineTV, recieved payment for 3yr plus 2 extra services, download did not work

I received on line pop up for internet TV. I went to the web site and ordered the complete package. I got a confirmation code after paying through pay pal.

I installed the program, which I also saved. I was never asked for my code. A screen came up for a TV, but could never get video on any chanell listed that I selected...

I sent an e-mail requesting to cancel my money back acct. Within 3 days, as i kept trying to get it to work.

I found this website by googling this company and found other complaints against this company. Hence my report.
