Total Rip-off, inferior products

I should have checked this web store out before I purchased from them. I had a bad feeling when I got the email that I had to call them before my order shipped to verify the address. I called them and sat on hold for about 3 minutes, actually hung up and then called back. But as was stated before, there were thousands of excellent ratings on the web site everyprice.com. I now think there's something fishy about that web site, as well. Anyway, the bottom line is I got totally scammed and have now received inferior product for what was advertised as new. I am currently fighting them through my credit card company for being unsatisfied with the product I purchased.

I know better than to shop with a store I haven't checked out with the Better Business Bureau. Broadway Photo has many complaints with the BBB and many of them have not been resolved or acknowledged. This is actually the first time I have been ripped off this way and I feel so violated. I will continue to search for ways to report this company for their unethical business practice.
