Online survey company fails to provide promised rewards

Mysurvey.com is a company that promises reward points for completion of online surveys. I recently completed a survey for this company, but the company refuses to provide me with the earned reward points. I have sent multiple e-mails regarding this situation to the company's Customer Service online link. After the first e-mail I received a canned response, promising an answer in 5 to 7 days. When I did not receive a response in that timeframe, I sent another e-mail to the Customer Service online link; that e-mail has been ignored.
