Claimed unlimited coaching unaccompanied by sales pitches—reaffirmed several times—then "coach" called, would answer none and made hard hard sell to buy ad packages, then got mad and hung up on me

Internet & Web

An patient and amiable salesman called "Josh" called and set up a web site for me to look at, spent a lot of time with me and very definitely affirmed after being pressed persistently that a personal coach was available to me and that, even though advertising packages were available, that the coach assigned would not try to sell me anything. This inquiry was repeated over and over by me and Josh was VERY DEFINITE THAT THE "COACH" would be solely concerned with giving me ideas and coaching and would not be pitching anything to me.

Then: David Ferra called me and was polite for about one minute, then went into an aggressive, somewhat overbearing, and somewhat insulting sales pitch to sell an advertising package. I sparred with him for a while to give him a chance to coach me and he would not talk about anything except his sales pitch. I kept gently trying to steer him to the coachlng with gentle (but clear) questions and after a while he got very nasty because I was quietly interupting his agressive pitch. He got progressively more insulting and finally abrkuptly hung up after his last insult with no "good-bye"

About a week or so later Josh called back and "wondered why I didnt want to get some advertising" so I could make money faster. I told him is was irritated and intended on a complaint and very complete and thorough follow up. I was polite however. He then said he was having a hard time with his phone. I gave him another # he was to call right back but he failed to do so. The phones seem to be set up so that no calls come in to them. I am notifying my credit card Co. Of this misrepresentation. Anyone having similar complaints will have my full cooperation.
