Doba said I didnt call within 7 days ID

When I signed up w Doba it was the 7 day trial. I checked it out the next day and saw the profit margin was not there and would not get me a profit after other costs incurred. I called and canceled the next day. Well within my 7 days. The rep gave me a cxl number and said money would be refunded. When a month had passed and no refund I called them and the girl said I called on the 8th day which is a lie. She said she would have to listen to the call and someone would call me back. I feel they just wait till the 6th day to log the cancel request so they dont have to refund monies
