Rip-off cashed money-order never sent items won on ebay

To make long story short, Bid on item on ebay, won item, but never received it..

Send Brandy Ross (Moneyorder for $50.99) she received it on 7-29 and cashed it the same day.
Up till now im still waiting for my item... Emailed her twice a week for 2 months but without any response..

After 6 months im still sore about this whole situation..

Sure have a few choice words for you BRANDY ROSS...
(but will not type them here on this site)..
All i hope you read this and remember that you ripped off one more person...
