We ordered a DVD collection, but they ran up $450 on my credit card in two days shopping online before I caught them! And no DVD's for me!

I ordered a DVD collection from TVADDICTS. TV on November 2. After completing the transaction online using my debit card, the confirmation page gave a transaction number, a toll-free number and email address for any questions. I immediately tried both the telephone number and email address, neither went through. A red flag went up in my mind.

I watched my bank statements for the next two days, and sure enough, today there were two charges totalling $450. From online shopping websites that are not mine!

My bank is stepping in to help, and I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission filing complaints.

Innocent until proven guilty... Guilty!
