Unauthorized charges

I am extremely upset with this company. This is my second attempt to stop this company from charging me a monthly fee of $14.95 since Mother's Day. It has been going on for 6 months now and I am fed up. The first time I contacted them through email and they promised they would re-emberse me for the charges made to my personal account. They are afiliated with Pro-flowers (whose flowers die before they even get to you).

I have contacted them via phone and spoke to Trista Pinsky. Then she transfered me to Joe at ext. 4502. He told me that I would be credited on the last 6 charges that were made to my account. However, aside from being charged I was also charged a $35 overdraft fee by my bank. I notified Joe of this as well but he said that he couldn't re-emberse me for it.

I am disgusted by this company and wish to never here from them.
