Dave Shaw paid for a magazine subscription 8 months ago and I still have not received my son's magazine

This company advertised a sports magazine for a reduced price. I paid for a years subscription and have never received one issue. After numerous calls and emails they have not sent any magazines to date. They gave a lame excuse that their was an error with the initial order which would be resubmitted. This was 8 months ago. I will be contacting the FTC and BBB and reporting Dave Shaw and this sham of a company.
