I reside in Englans, U. K and surprise if this really is partially why Betterbodz.com believe they are able to tear me down??? Perhaps they understand I'm impossible in order to say my consumer-rights being an overseas client and therefore am "reasonable sport"??

I purchased two pots of Invoice Grant Nutrition Creatine Drink (5.2 pounds) on line and settled $77.45 including delivery and handling on 27-04-08. The web site mentioned shipping was open to the united kingdom within 28 times.

I waited 6 months after which examined the improvement of the purchase on line which stated the purchase was still being "prepared". A little concerned I subsequently sent betterbodz numerous occasions and got no response.

Finally, at some price to myself, I named them-and talked to some woman who stated that because of some issue at US traditions these were not able to ship the product towards the UK which in due course my cash could be returned. She stated about 10 timesapproximately...

I waited and waited and named and emailed and remaining messages again with simply no response. This extended for many weeks till I eventually got to somebody called Carleigh your day before recently 16-10-08 who stated that her supervisor might contact or email me, that they didn't honor - suprise suprise! Bu then recently Carleigh sent me to express the next: "Bill I'm considering your reimbursement. Sadly it's over our time period to return your charge card back through our bodies. I'll consider additional options with my supervisor tomorrow. Thanks".

I sent Carleigh right back to request caution and am still expecting an answer... Methinks they're enjoying a game title with me since I don't reside in Ny and therefore am not able to visit their workplace and toss rotten tomatoes at them...

For anybody considering purchasing from betterbodz.com: if you should be national perhaps you are fortunate (but i doubt it...) if you should be english or reside in another country then do not bother until you need to lose your cash faster than water runs through your fingertips!

Why cannot all of us trust one another and be honest, your parents didn't provide us as much as rip individuals off did they??? Well mine didnot anyhow!!!
