Guitaralliance.com, Riffomatic.com Did not recieve membership!

I paid for a lifetime membership to guitaralliance.com and riffomatic.com

The charges showed up on my credit card account, and I was e-mailed a copy of the transaction from the owner of Guitar Alliance (Kenny Mann) When I try to access the websites I get an error message stating that my account was blocked, and that I should have received a activation link. I never received the link. I try to contact Mr. Mann directly via the contact info on the site. I also tried the customer support e-mail address numerous times over the past two days. No one has contacted me back to try to resolve this issue.
