After you sing you start getting call from them offering you to upgrade your membership but keep the fact that if you cancel you wont get your money back. The service is part of eBay and it is a rip-off because most of the time the don't have the merchandise so you are stuck with a sale that you can't fulfill. Their customer service is another piece of garbage. It is just another money maker cow for eBay.
