Paid $40.00 to download unlimited movies but there are no movies to download. The websites they gave me doesn't even exist

I paid $40.00 for a one year membership to download unlimited movies from http://members-site.net. But there are no movies to download and the website is fake. When i contacted them through e-mail they gave me a new website address but that one was fake to. They took my money and sold me something that didn't even exist, and i want my money back. This company should be put out of business.
