Libel, incorrect information, rude & combative customer service that prefers lashing out at the public

I am about to go overseas to seek employment so I decided to run a criminal background check on myself. Awhile back on August 26, I had a dropped charge expunged from my record but it was still on Integrascans reports.in addition I there was a charge on my record that never occured "Deliver to Minor or Hire as agent in sale". I see this as being very slanderous. Also, I had some minor traffic violations from over 10 years ago listed multiple time making me appear like a harden criminal. I contacted and obtained a disposition from the Duval County Court House, booking reports from JSO, and arrest records from JSO and Florida Department of Law Enforcement. I also have a signed court order to expunge my drop charge on my record. I contacted IntegraScan offering to provide this information and they said that it was not their responsibility to correct and update their records, despite what the fair credit reporting act says, but it was the reporting agencies that reports to them. The reporting agency listed on my report says FDLE (AOC). They said that that was the "Association of Courts". I have never found such a thing in my research but only Florida Administrative Office of the Court, which states on the website: http://www.background-checks-systems.com/popups/Florida.html, that they haven't reported any updated records since 2004. I told IntegraScan this and they said the website was a private company. Read the website for yourself. I have remained civil during this entire process, but have threatened to speak with an attorney - Integrascan has arrogantly suggested that I do so. I have even politely asked if they could provide me with the reporting agencies contact information. They prefer not to do so, they have only tried to argue about minute details and have been rude and belligerent all along. I haven't had a job in a year and graduated from with a Bachelor's in Dec. 2007. False reports like Integrascans only prejudice potential employers and makes my situation worse. I have found potential employment overseas, but it would be very difficult to work in the country if they found this false charge and dropped charge on my record. Can anyone help?!!!
