Unauthorized debit, $14.95 a month from checking account

I discovered that my Checking Acct was being debited 14.95 a month for six months. I contacted the company and they reimbursed me without hesitation. The problem being, they have continued to remove money from my checking without authorization, even though they claimed they cancelled my "contract", by which I pointed out that I never gave authorization, nor did I ever agree to any contract.
