MB Pink Home - Market Billing Support, fraudulent e-check, Uses an unauthorized elecronic check to withdraw funds from my checking account

One more victim here. I checked my bank account online today and found a charge for an e-check from this company ($39.99). The copy of the check online payable to a company called Payment Systems for a company called MB Pink Home Ent had the following number 800-876-0930 printed on it. After trying calling that number all morning, I finally got a hold of a CSR (Heather) who said that someone must've got a hold of my acct and use it for this transaction. She said that her company or MB Pink Ent were not responsible but would credit my account. Not responsible? I was surprised by all the people I found online who have been victims of this same fraudulent activity by this company. I have been calling that number all day and have only gotten a busy signal. I called Bank of America and open a fraud case as well. I looked at the BBB and FTC's websites to see if there was any information about/claims against this company but didn't find anything. I hope I would really get the money back, and won't be pray of this company (or any other) again.

Apparently, this MB Pink Home Ent uses false "clearing houses" for their transactions under different names (Payment Systems, Market Billing Support, Market Billing Solutions, MarBill Payment Processing). Nowhere in the internet can you find a website for these companies. You'd think that if they are real companies they would have a website to attract more customers to use their clearing services.
