I purchased $764 worth of skirts from Melanie King, owner of Mallys Ally, Oct 25. The skirts are a unique specialty skirt which require a significant amount of time for turnaround (typically 12 wks) I received half of my order from her in a couple of small shipments and am still waiting a yr later for the other half. She contacted me in August of this year and said the rest were to be mailed soon, and I have never heard back from her. I have tried calling, emailing etc, and she doesn't get back to me. I am being avoided. I have all correspondence to and from her as well as receipt of payment. I have also spoken to people on message boards online who order from her and get their items right away. I have also called the manufacturer of the skirts, (not mallys ally) to see if that is normal for it to take this long and they have said absolutely not! I am at a loss of what to do at this point.
I have been very reasonable, way too nice at this point, and have never been cross with her... Even though I feel like it now: (
The skirts I ordered were specialty colors and I noticed she had some others on her website that said they were ready to ship. I emailed her with a replacement list of the remaining skirts if that made the situation easier for her, and still NOTHING!
