You need to place a "very strong password" and Big Flag for fraud on each service you have installed.
We placed 3rd Party blocking 2 years ago, I had no clue Verizon could act as a credit card company. Much to my surprise, in March the same individual of fraud charges showed up again on our billing stmt, she managed to go around the 3rd party block and approve the average of $300 in orders by internet.

I was given the name of ESBI by Verizon and advised to call for reimbursement, the Representative said the 3rd Party Block was not shown as a prior request at Verizon. Whomever ESBI is: States a investigation must be completed for reimbursement back to us due to tax, surcharges, federal and International fees. During this long investigation, I'm faced with a cut-off.

I was ask if I monitar my billing. The answer was NO", not every month, my husband has been very ill with conjestive heart failure since 11 and I did not give any thought to Verizon acting as a credit card company AGAIN after placing the 3rd party block.

I was looking at the total amount due at the end of 10 to 12 pages and cut-off notices, wondering how the price of gas caused such a increase. I am faced with 24 hour care for a loved one and never dreamed of being ripped off by the same individual.

The party who approved the Verizon & ESBI charges on my phone line by her computer, (traced back to her computer) by switching lines wants her name cleared because she has " (her own phone number and own Broadband with Verizon)".

"Why would she order services on another number" "Why would Verizon allow 3rd Party billing" and Do you know how many people have her same name" (humm. This is hard to figure out as I stood in front of her dumb founded).
She stated her Son's Broadband is not working at all, she just tried to use it, 9/5. This happens to be on my bill, in my name BUT good to hear Verizon disconnected and accomplished my 2nd request since June.

For those of you who think with your hearts: If possible do not offer your phone to help (family, friends) in need to make a call, Block everything you install, Lock the Main Phone Junction Box on the outside of your home,
Place Password Protection on all accounts and Test the Company to see if they are doing their job with the Password protection by calling them.

(this includes your Dish Network).
I have researched & notified 4 Federal & State Agencies to resolve the issues asap with no resolution or respect back. For the Individual who is allowed to destroy, she just informed us, she's moving out with no forwarding address and no repayment. "Good Timing" for fraud and split.

Look for ESBI, Enhanced Service Billing Inc., International Choice Plan w/City Rates & MOFEE. Verizon allows them to charge, no questions asked.
