I won $50 on January 17 in the daily lottery which has never been paid, no response to many emails requesting payment

Cashbreak.com advertises cash prizes on their daily and weekly lottery games, as well as other games they offer. They make it almost impossible to contact them via the internet; they do not respond to messages sent via their "contact us" link.
Since this is clearly fraudulent advertising, I believe they should be prohibited from being online.
