Complete ripoff - took my money 5 months ago and have not received my product! Columbia missouri

5 months ago I ordered an adorable miniature hot air balloon for my newborn son's nursery. I was so excited to add it to his nursery room decor. HOWEVER mookiegifts has taken my money and NOT sent me my product. I wish I had known what a P.O.S. This company is before I had spent my money there. I have sent several emails and complaints and tried to call numerous times with NO success.

This company needs to be removed from the web ASAP. This is unjust. I am now going to the BBB to submit another fraud report against them.

I am so frustrated - I finally found a trustworthy site to get my son's hot air balloon at.
