Unauthorized withdrawing from my creditcard, Co. Clare ()

Today I got my creditcardnote. It showed a payment on 08-30 of $36,24 to DRI*PCTools, I never authorized this withdrawing and therefore contacted my creditcardcompany (Postbankcard/Maestro) today. That company will contact the firm DRi etc. To stop the fraudulous transactions and claim my money back.
