Took money from my account for a computer from feb.'07- Oct '07. I never recieved a computer

FAI took 71.96 from my account every two weeks for a computer. It started in Feb.'07 - Oct '07. At the end of Oct. I notice that they did not take the payment and then there was Nov, then Dec. No payment was coming out. I began to wonder what was wrong. I called the phone number, there was nothing but noise. Tried to pull up the web site. It was closed. I became very upset. This company that I trusted to help me get a computer has betrayed me. They have taking almost a $1000 from me and my kids. This is just ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this. I should have received my computer in Feb. Of this year. I have nothing but pain and a lost of funds that I spared for the education of my kids.
