Vpdialer.com, We bought a machine from them that was supossed to be NEW - it was USED so we sent it back. They refused to send us our money back or another dialer compute

I've tried every way to contact Ron Cantu to get our money back and/or our computer dialer that we sent him.

He sold us a machine that was used & we could not get it to work. He promised to fix it and kept complaining that the price that he sold it to us was cheaper than his competitors.

He said if we would send it back to him that he would make it right. We paid shipping (again) and sent it back. He said that he would send us money after 30 days when he settled up on another lawsuit that was against him. That was the last that we saw or heard from him

It has been months.

I'm going to the top with this. We don't need the money -we wanted a machine that would work. But his did not.
