Internet Marketing Scam & Fraud

I own a travel company that utilizes internet marketing as part is on going advertising. I received an blind email asking if my company was interested in providing services to a select group of consumer utilizing search word banner type advertising.

The program sounded interesting so we per-paid $4100 for 4 Keywords and were promised in a signed contract that is we didn't receive 6000 visits in 90 days our funds would be refunded.

Well 90 days came and our total visits were 2054 (using their numbers). During that 90 days we had NO BUSINESS from any of the visits.

I tried contacting both the sales person Michael Combs and the person that signed the contact Adam Roberts, Director Customer Services. After leaving 8 phone messages I received a call Adam Roberts I asked for my refund and denied that he ever signed any contract (I have a copy of it) with is signature.

I would advise anyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are Scam & Fraud.

I will informing Orange County, District Attorney of Business dealings.

They contacted me again today and say they will refund my money but I have now been passed along to Russell Wagner who has to make the decision. To put it mildly I have my doubts as they have run me around before.
