This site is a scam, I found out the hard way

I've read a lot of thing on the net about these scam. I was scam about two months ago. It seem like the person that did it to me is doing it to a lot of people and the bad thing about it, is it looks like he or she is getting away with it. For something like this to be happen, you would think the government (FBI) would be doing something. But from the things I read on a couple of site everyone is in the same boat i am. It seem we have no recourse to get our money back. A class action law suite seem to be the way to go if we had someone to sue. So if there a law suite count me in.
