Stole my money and sent no product

Who is looking out for us? I ordered some products from outdoorsuperstore.com on 6/18/08. They charged my act a few days later. 12 weeks later and I still do not have my order. No one will answer the phones, answer any e-mails and when you send a snail mail that to gets returned to you. I have called the police, BBB, the AG office and my local bank. No one seems to be able to track down these crooks. How many others have had there money stolen. I guess now a days there is no law against it.
