Fraudulently billed us for internet pornography rip off scam (censored)

My disabled son reached this web site throught animation site geMonday December 16 I received a bill from company stating I owed $207.58 for Premium Web Adult content. I never ordered any such service though my name and address were listed.

After determining our 15-year-old son who is receiving Special Education at school got to these sites through some animation sites when unsupervised on computer. We immediately took away all access to the computer and called this company to explain the above. A very condescending rude man took our call and said, Your son was smart enough to download this it's a problem with your home. He also told us to get a lawyer and possibly we owed more than above.

I searched our computer and removed (hopefully) every file and dialer of theirs I could find. I was especially affronted by one labeled get-ani1 on computer; obviously they are out to get anyone'.
We ended up doing a complete restore because they had so much junk on it.

My son is a minor and cannot contract for pornography.
He fraudulently entered into this contract.
My son is not competent due to mental incapacity; I can document if need be with his psychiatrist, endocrinologist, and social worker. He has a genetic disorder with a mood disorder.

How can this be legal? Help me shut them down!
