Tech support was in my home 4.5 hrs. Still holding hughes box on my shoulder to keep from freezing up when I log on to the internet, tech told me it was my computer. New lap top has same problems. Bardstown nationwide

I was held up 4.5 hrs on the day of installation. And then did the tech tell me it was my computer that would not allow full internet service after I told him no I would not pay extra to have him run it through my atteck or under my crawl space. So he ran it over my gutters. When ever I want to get on the internet I must put the Hughes box on my shoulder disconnect the cable replug it back in and then reboot. I had a co worker tell me they were a rip off but it was too late.
