Scammed into selling merchandise over the

While searching for a way to make some extra money, iIhappened to receive an e-mail from Ecommerce Axin Finincial Services informing me how I could fulfill my desire of making extra cash. I proceeded to complete the paper work which required sending an application fee.

Upon receiving the package I was informed that I would be given assistance in marketing. Over a six month period I tried to market the merchandise with no sucess. Whenever I contact the company by phone to ask for the promised assistance, no one responded. Finally I spoke to a representative of the company requesting that the contract be recinded. I was told that this was not possible.in the meatime the company kept using bogus cheks to collect from my account. To get away from this I had to change my account.

This company has collected money from me for mercantdise that I did not use and to add insult to injury they have ruined my credit. Can someone help me get this delquent report off my credit.
