I registered with this site because they claimed they could locate people. I did the search several times with no luck. Then i entered people with very specific info unable to locate! Only cost me $29.94! What a ripoff!

I needed to locate a person. I searched the web and signed on with gov-resources.com. The site could not locate this person. I entered friends and family info which i knew was true and correct... Unable to locate!!! Several times i have tried to use the site with no luck. I am unable to locate a physical address or phone number to try to get my money back. My credit card company told me i needed to file a claim with the better business bureau and the bbb told me i need a physical address. What to do? What a ripoff!!!
