On my august 22 at&t telephone bill I had an "other companies charge" of $19.99. There was an 1-888 number which I called. The operator was very evasive, deceptive and would not answer my questions. Finally I realized it was some kind of internet charged. They claimed to have sent me an e - mail in june but there is no record. I filed a dispute with at&t and will not pay.
