Quality Canada Took payment, delivered crappy product and called me racial names. Canada

I paid this guy 100% what I owed him, and he got pissed off. The product he sent to me, only works on his server, and on no other ones, I could find. I wrote him an email breaking down what I was paying him. Mind you its only $4.00 less then what he wanted. But since this guy has such a nasty attitude I payed him only what he is due. Even before recieving my product. So this guy at this company emailed me a partial script and also the email below:
