I requested an item on the web which cost seemed on my charge card. This isn't the merchandise I requested. After I named they explained that after I requested another item, I had been provided the option of the support to get a year. USED TO DO NOT CHOOSE THIS!!! They explained they sent me and offered me 2 weeks to opt-out. No mail, nothing. They charged my charge card $59 and there's nothing I will do. Beware!!!
