Unauthorized billing of my bank account

They have just billed my bank account for the second time using my debit card number.

Last month I oredered some stuff from Tigerdirect and Norton so I really didn't pay attention when it appeared on my bill.

It is Sunday, I will be going to my bank tommorrow. Does anyone know how to go about pressing criminal charges against these guys?
