Placed order #46494 on 7/17. Website indicated instock items shipped in 5-7 business days. Ground shipping 5-7 days.
Site status has not indicated merchandise shipped (8/25/08). Used website contact form on 7/28/08 (ten days after order placed). Autoresponse indicated, "We will respond to your email inquiry as quickly as possible."
Website advises not to repeat contact...
My records indicate that my card was charged immediately upon confirmation of the order. This is apparently in violation of standing consent order from MO courts.
On 8/23/08, notified Doxy Online of intent to file fraud charges as of this date. Found this site. Seems to get results. Will advise.
