Poor support and outright lied to me about status of my gameserver and never refunded my money after shutting down my services just a few days after they took my months payment. Greater Detroit Area

D my money after shutting down my services just a few days after they took my months payment. This guy Cameron came to me and promised great servers with great service. The first month was a little rocky but ok. The second month hypertech had great troubles keeping the servers online of course they blamed their provider and assured all the customers things would be righted. I hung in there for the third month and made my payment on the 20th July. As of 10:45 pm on 31st of July Hypertech decides to cancel my servers without even informing me of the status. After days of trying to contact the owner and CEO. Pffft i finally filed a paypal dispute. After pay pals review, saying that since we received no tangible items as per say that there was nothing they could do. So to put it bluntly i was ripped off by a 19 year old kid who lives with mommy and here is his phone number. (517) 265-2414
