On May 5th I bought a Staywell digital pet door from Moore Dog, inside the first a few months all 3 of the infrared collar labels had failed at least one time. Moore Dog's reaction was "Contact Staywell" to Staywellis credit they did change the labels. Alternative required of a week and during this period your dog influenced had no use of exterior during the night (day cleanups)
Our main criticism was with Moore Dog, following the fifth label failed I offered a precise evaluation on the site, they eliminated the evaluation within 24 hours. I subsequently quit another evaluation also it was eliminated within 12 hours. If this is not misleading advertising I actually donot understand what is. If there have been correct evaluations on the site I'd haven't purchased this dog door.
The final moment I got a screen-shot of the evaluation and certainly will observe exactly what the BBB needs to claim about Moore Dog's advertising methods. I really hope individuals who observe this criticism will require their company to some merchant who's truthful.
