Stole my mamas hard earned money thiefs fakes and phonies

My mother decided she wanted to buy a computer so she called blue hippo because there add was so convincing and believable. Well after she ordered it (one day after she ordered it) she called them because she needed the computer sooner than they said it would be delivered she canceled her order. They said the money had already been took out of her account and it would take 45 days for it to be replaced i was very angry and told them it didnt take 45 days to take it out why would it take 45 days to put it back they told me it was company policy i told them i wanted to speak to a supervisor they made it plain and clear supervisors didnt talk on the phone and they were not gonna get one.
