Class Action Suit Is it a SCAM too?

Why is anyone bothering to file class action JUST to get 3 months pay back?
Is this a scam by A-1 themselves to get your address or phone number?
If this was for real then why don't they go for the release of the contract OR to get your credit back after they screwed you so badly?
It doesn't make sense to me.
If anyone can add to this I would be appreciative.
I want to help fight but I quit paying anyway after I saw it was a scam and they never held their end of the deal. So the law suite really won't do me a bit of good. My problem was that I hung in there too long trusting these people. Now they have ruined my credit. I can't get anything on credit now. THanks to these theifs.
